Established in 2008 by national award-winning chef, Jasneet Kaur, The Blue Apron is a labour of love and passion. Jasneet is an All India PUSA Gold Medalist in bakery and confectionery goods, and has further trained under chefs from the Taj group of hotels.
The Blue Apron is the realisation of Jasneet's vision for a bespoke bakery and patisserie experience. Readymade products, while convenient, cannot match the quality and taste of the made-to-order sensibility. The Blue Apron is an attempt to re-introduce Delhi's taste buds to the subtleties and ecstasies of a palate fashioned to suit your particular sensibilities and to inject purity once again into the feast that is our senses. The Blue Apron specialises in desserts and patisserie fare, sweet and savoury creations and sugar-crafted 3D cakes. The Blue Apron endeavours to deliver to you a unique experience with a gourmet flair.
