Pet-Friendly Policy

At Satvik resort, we understand that pets are part of the family and we warmly welcome them to our resort. In order to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we have established the following pet-friendly policy.

  1. Acceptable Pets: We welcome well-behaved and fully vaccinated dogs and cats. For the comfort and safety of all guests, please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring your pet along.
  2. Pet Fees: A non-refundable pet fee of Rs.2,000 per pet, per day will be added to your reservation. This fee covers additional cleaning and sanitizing procedures required for a pet-friendly stay.
  3. Weight Limit and Number of Pets: We allow up to two pets per room with a combined weight limit of 35 kgs. If your pet exceeds this weight limit, please contact us to discuss accommodation options.
  4. Pet-Friendly Areas: Pets are allowed in designated pet-friendly areas of the resort, including outdoor spaces, walking trails, and select dining areas. Pets are not permitted in the pool area, spa, fitness center, and indoor dining venues. Please observe all posted signs and respect the boundaries of non-pet-friendly areas.
  5. Leash Policy: For the safety of all guests and pets, dogs and cats must be on a leash or in a carrier at all times when outside your guest room.
  6. Housekeeping: To ensure the comfort of your pet and our housekeeping staff, please place the provided “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door when your pet is in the room. Housekeeping services will only be provided when your pet is not present in the room or is securely crated.
  7. Noise Policy: We kindly ask that you manage your pet’s noise levels to minimize disturbances to other guests. If your pet becomes disruptive, we may request that you find alternative accommodations for your pet.
  8. Pet Waste: Please clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the designated receptacles. Pet waste bags are available at extra cost at the front desk.
  9. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their pets. Any damage to the guest room or resort property will be assessed and charged accordingly.
  10. Liability Waiver: Upon check-in, pet owners will be asked to sign a liability waiver acknowledging their responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their pet during their stay.
