Swimming Pool Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our swimming pool. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Pool Operation Hours: The swimming pool is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please respect these hours and refrain from entering the pool area outside of the designated times.
  2. No Lifeguard on Duty: Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty. Guests swim at their own risk, and children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  3. Appropriate Swimwear: All guests are required to wear appropriate swimwear while using the pool. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not wearing suitable attire. If you require swimwear, you may rent or purchase it at the hotel. Please contact the front desk for assistance.
  4. Shower Before Use: To maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the pool, we kindly request that all guests take a shower before entering the pool area.
  5. Pool Rules: Guests must follow all posted pool rules and guidelines. Failure to comply may result in management asking the guest to leave the pool area. This includes, but is not limited to, running, diving, excessive noise, and horseplay.
  6. Liability: Satvik management is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages sustained while using the swimming pool. Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their children.
  7. Personal Belongings: Satvik management is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended in the pool area. Please ensure that you keep your valuables secure at all times.
  8. Pool Access: The swimming pool is exclusively for the use of registered hotel guests. Visitors must be accompanied by a registered guest and obtain prior approval from the hotel management.
  9. Pool Safety: Running, jumping, diving, or horseplay is strictly prohibited in and around the pool area.
  10. Pool Capacity: To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, pool capacity may be limited. Please respect the instructions provided by our staff members.
  11. Food and Beverages: Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the pool area. Please use the hotel’s designated dining facilities for any food and beverage consumption.
  12. Glassware Prohibition: For the safety of our guests, no glassware is permitted in the pool area.
  13. Health and Hygiene: Guests with open wounds, skin conditions, or any contagious illness are kindly requested not to use the pool facilities.
  14. Pool Furniture: Please do not reserve pool chairs or loungers by placing towels or personal belongings on them when not in use.
  15. Liability Waiver: The hotel is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of property that may occur while using the pool facilities. Guests use the pool at their own risk.
